The present generation of youth needs to read this book because it reveals much intentionally hidden information. It is the best book to gain insight into the horrors of the partition and will surely compel readers to think about how and why India was partitioned. State and Minorities

After it was made very clear that the Constituent Assembly grant the responsibility of organizing the future Indian Constitution, the Working Committee of scheduled castes asked me to prepare a memorandum on the safeguards for the scheduled castes to present to the constituent assembly on behalf of the federation. The reason is that I agree with your opinion and am willing to accept it. I point to this brochure as proof of my diligence. The Memorandum determines Fundamental Rights, Minority Rights, and Safeguards for the Scheduled Castes.
